Privacy Policy

This policy explains what NOMAD LABS LLC collects when you use nomad-labs.co or buy from us, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
- When you buy. Purchases are handled by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle collects your name, email address, billing address, country and payment details under its own privacy policy. Paddle shares with us your email address, your country, an order identifier (never your card number), and a record of what you bought and when.
- When you email us. Your email address and whatever you write to us.
- When you browse. We set no cookies of our own and run no advertising. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which sites link visitors to us; it sets no cookies, does not fingerprint or track you across sites, and is described in Cloudflare's privacy policy. Some pages also use a small script for visual effects only; it collects nothing and sends nothing anywhere. When you open a checkout, Paddle's checkout loads from Paddle's servers and may use cookies and similar technologies for payment processing and fraud prevention, as described in Paddle's privacy policy.
Why we hold it
To deliver what you bought, to answer you when you write to us, to handle refunds, and to meet tax and accounting obligations that require us to keep records of sales. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Who else sees it
Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited and its affiliates) sells our products as merchant of record, processes payments, handles sales tax, and holds the payment record under its own privacy policy at paddle.com/legal/privacy. Our email provider carries messages between us. Nobody else, except where the law requires disclosure.
How long we keep it
Sale and expense records are kept for seven years, because tax and accounting rules require records that substantiate them. Support email is kept while it is useful to answer you and then deleted.
Your choices
Write to support@nomad-labs.co to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will delete what we are not required to keep. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights — ask and we will honour them.
Where data is held
We operate from the United States, and data is processed there and by our providers. If you buy from outside the United States, your information is transferred there.
Children
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Material changes are reflected in the "last updated" date above.
