Privacy Policy
Last updated 6 August 2026.
This policy explains what NOMAD LABS LLC collects when you use nomad-labs.co or buy from us, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
- When you buy. Your email address, the payment identifiers Stripe gives us (which do not include your card number), the country we determine you are buying from and the evidence for that determination, and a record of what you bought and when.
- When you email us. Your email address and whatever you write to us.
- When you browse. Nothing. This site runs no JavaScript, sets no cookies, loads nothing from any other server, and has no analytics or advertising on it.
Why we hold it
To deliver what you bought, to answer you when you write to us, to handle refunds, and to meet tax and accounting obligations that require us to keep records of sales. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Who else sees it
Stripe processes payments and holds the payment record under its own privacy policy. Our email provider carries messages between us. Nobody else, except where the law requires disclosure.
How long we keep it
Sale and expense records are kept for seven years, because tax and accounting rules require records that substantiate them. Support email is kept while it is useful to answer you and then deleted.
Your choices
Write to [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will delete what we are not required to keep. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights — ask and we will honour them.
Where data is held
We operate from the United States, and data is processed there and by our providers. If you buy from outside the United States, your information is transferred there.
Children
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
Material changes are reflected in the "last updated" date above.
